Shipping Rates and Estimates for Domestic Orders
For orders over $79 before taxes, we offer complimentary USPS priority mail shipping within the United States. For orders under $79, we offer Flat Rate Priority Mail Shipping at a cost of $7.92.
We process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, you will receive an email notification from us once it has shipped, which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lovewlshop.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

When will my order be processed?
We hope to ensure that you receive the goods as soon as possible. When placing an order, please make sure to select the correct model and color, as we cannot change your order. After the order enters the system, no changes or cancellations can be made.

After your purchased item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email so that you can track the status of your order. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and the delivery location. The customer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes related to international orders.
Delivery time and cost
The standard shipping fee is $6.99, with free shipping for orders over $39 and a delivery time of 7-15 days.
The VIP shipping fee is $12.99 and the delivery time is 6-13 days.

Cancel/Change
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship very quickly (we are fast!). Once our warehouse processes your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
Please note that orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.
